LASER CUTTING

Laser cutter surface dimensions : 900 mm x 1150 mm.

It cuts a wide variety of materials including

  • Plywwood 3mm
  • Acrylic 1-30mm
  • Cork
  • Paper and cardboard
  • Fabrics
  • Leather
  • Engraving in metal surfaces (bronze, inox, black laminate, copper)

TIPS for correct files:

  • Files must be in .dxf format before you can cut them to Laser. Many programs such as Autocad, Illustrator, Rhinoceros, Solid works etc. can save a file in this format.
  • Usually paper and paperboard are available in sizes 1000mm x 700mm. Therefore, your designs should fit into these dimensions.Fonts must be converted to outlines and splines converted to polylines
    Erase duplicate lines
To conserve material , it’s good to have your designs compacted on every sheet of material you use
We  scale our design and not in the template we provide below. Therefore, for the following scales, the following modifications must be made to your design:
  • Scale on Sheet on Template
    1:1 1 m 1000 mm
    1:2 1 m 500 mm
    1:5 1 m 200 mm

    1:20 1 m 50 mm
    1:50 1 m 20 mm
    1:100 1 m 10 mm
    1:200 1 m 5 mm
    1:500 1 m 2 mm
