Project Description

Exhibition Model Presentation for Quality Control System

The exhibition model, designed by Make Creative Spaces, showcases the advanced quality control system developed by Think Silicon for production lines of beverage and beer cans. The project aimed to create an interactive and understandable demonstration of the system, allowing exhibition visitors to experience its function and benefits in real time. The model is compact and portable, designed to fit into a suitcase with wheels for easy transport and setup at various events.

The core feature of the system is the detection of defective products during production. Using advanced image analysis software, the system identifies faulty items via a camera and automatically stops the conveyor belt to replace the defective unit. The model simulates this process with interactive controls for movement, pause, reverse motion, speed selection, and two pre-programmed modes to replicate the conveyor line’s movement.

Manufacturing process

This exhibition model was built using cutting-edge technologies such as optical sensors integrated with Think Silicon’s proprietary software for accurate fault detection. Our team developed an electronic circuit to control the movement and simulate the quality control system. The construction incorporated digital design, 3D printing, laser cutting, and UV printing, creating a high-quality, detailed representation of the actual system.

The model highlights the system’s key features, including its accuracy in detecting defects, speed in production, automation of processes, and the overall improvement in product quality. Visitors can interact with the model to better understand how continuous monitoring and quality control enhance industrial production efficiency. This project reinforces Think Silicon’s image as a leader in technology and innovation.
