The construction of the architectural model of the surrounding area of ​​the TIF plot was planned with the removal of its existing building condition to create a background for the architectural competition for the renovation of the TIF. The scale of the model is 1: 750 and its style is purely minimalist. A part of the city of Thessaloniki has been described in great detail, which includes the Rotunda, the White Tower and its universities. Also, the building complex of the TIF was captured in detail as an archive for the city.
